1. Comply with the interior decoration and grade
Every commercial carpet project has its own plan and standards, 5 star or 3 star, Europe or Chinese style, classical or mordernal … These all is the start to choose correct kind, grade,color combination, art design etc.
2. Different location, different kind
One whole hotel project was including many areas, such as hall, corridor, guest room, office zone, reception room, big and small dinning room, amusement etc. because the function of these area is different, so flow of customer traffic was discrepancy accordingly.
3. According with outside environment
It is was restricted to choose carpet considering outside environment. we need refer rainfall around year, average temperature, moisture, PM2.5 and PM10 particle, afforestation and health condition etc. If we evacuate one condition, we will encounter big trouble when we use. For example, in Haerbin, it is very clean outside, but the ice and snow on boots melted after customer came in, it cause carpet dirty at corridor and guest room.
4. Based on the estimation
firstly we shall not lower our standard when we choose carpet afraid to exceed budget forecasts. We can adjust machine process and change raw material rate to find a best solution, then we need not lower grade and cost match forecasts. and tufted carpet has visible different price on same wool percentage.
